DONTPRINTYET Any deliberate upsetting of the normal pulse of Seemeter, *noteDONTPRINTYET Any deliberate upsetting of the normal pulse of Seemeter, See
accent, and Seerhythm. The occidental system of musical rhythm
rests upon the grouping of equal beats into groups of two or three, with
a regularly recurrent accent on the first beat of each group. Any
deviation from this scheme is felt as a disturbance or contradiction
between the underlaying (normal) pulse and the actual (abnormal) rhythm.
