 nXML mode has some limitations:
 
    • DTD support is limited.  Internal parsed general entities declared
      in the internal subset are supported provided they do not contain
      elements.  Other usage of DTDs is ignored.
    • The restrictions on RELAX NG schemas in section 7 of the RELAX NG
      specification are not enforced.
