 Installing Dvips is mostly the same as installing any Kpathsea-using
 program.  Therefore, for the basic steps involved, 
 (kpathsea)Installation.

 For solutions to Dvips-specific problems, Debug options.  Also

    Dvips does require some additional installation, detailed in the
 sections below.  Also, to configure color devices, Color device
